If you want to make an immediate conference call at your costs, newConference OneDay is your solution. No subscriptions are required and you can do it yourself. This is also available for international use.
Order a free pin code
Order your free pin code here and receive immediately via e-mail. Your pin code is valid the first day of use. An unused pin code expires after two weeks.
Define your conference code
You make up your own conference code. Please use at least four digits and do not choose a simple code like 1234.
Inform the participants
Provide the following information to all participants:
- Conference code
- Dial in number: 1-877-240-1089
- Starting time/date of the meeting
Hint: use the Invitation Assistant to inform the participants.
Start your meeting
All participants dial 1-877-240-1089 at the agreed time and follow the instructions of the IVR menu.
Instructions and the pin code are sent to the Chairperson by e-mail.
